This is a good book if you are looking for simplisticness. The chapters cover the information and the main points needed, but they are very short and not that detailed. It's an excellent book for an intro-management class, but more experienced students need more.

This new introduction management text, with its "back to basics" approach, is a refreshing change from standard, encyclopaedic, look-alike principles of management textbooks. The book effectively distills core management topics into 13 user-friendly chapters. This focused, right-sized approach is ideally suited to the needs of first and second year undergraduate students. Chapter content is augmented by strong experimental exercises (one per chapter) and challenging "in-basket" exercises.
