Very well-written and an excellent choice for new or non-techie users. What I like about this book is that it covers a wide range of things you can do with your PDA, from the basic built-in functions to fairly advanced stuff like downloading your email or surfing the Internet by linking through a cell phone. And it does so in a manner that is easy for beginners without insulting the more experienced user. It also suggests additional programs and services, and tells you where to get them.
