I wish I had it when I was preparing for my accounting exams. This book won't make you an accountant, only experience and a lot of hard work will do that, but I'll bet you keep a copy of "Schaum's Easy Outline Bookkeeping and Accounting by Joel J. Lerner" in your desk for the first year on the job.
