Was not what I was expecting. It is mainly only on endoscopy. Years ago (1996 or so) Lange had an excellent Current Gastroenterology Diagnosis & Treatment book, that's what I thought this was. It is not.
I thought this was the updated version of CGDT.
So this is not helpful in management, only on endoscopy findings.
