(More customer reviews)Listening is a good book, especially since there are so few out there on the subject. It is quite out-dated, and is hard to keep the information sorted in an outline form. It was purchased as a required reading for a college level class. As the semester goes on, hopefully the knowledge within this book will become permenant.
