However, "Management: The New Competitive Landscape" is distinguished by the capability of its authors to seamlessly blend the theoretical concept with practical, real-life advice using an exceptionally engaging conversational style. Holding a bachelor's degree in business administration as well as an MBA in Management, I completed several management classes and researched advanced management literature in many books. However, I decided to purchase this introductory management reference due to its unprecedented pedagogical style. When I opened the book in the store, I felt like attending a live lecture from the authors directly capturing their knowledge and experiential advice. Thus I learned from this book big time especially from the on-the-job perspective.
